P90X – Anyone can do P90X. Kenpo X Workout
Here is proof that anyone can do P90X. My wife and I started P90X significantly overweight and out of shape. We are now in week 6 and seeing significant improvements to our fitness. I am a type 2 diabetic and in the first four weeks by following P90X and using shakeology I was able to get my blood glucose levels under control and am off my 1600mg of metformin. My resting heart rate is now at a healthy level and my blood pressure is much better now.
